Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and idnbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Minimum Age. The idnbet platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use the Services. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to participate in any activity on the Platform. idnbet enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
Age Restriction: Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or placing bets on idnbet. Attempting to register under a false date of birth is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.
2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Services. idnbet targets Indonesian players; however, it is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online betting services is lawful in their specific jurisdiction and locality.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court-ordered restriction on contracting are ineligible to use the Platform.
2.4 Identity Verification. idnbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
2.5 Exclusions. The following persons are ineligible to register or maintain an account on idnbet: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of idnbet or any affiliated entity; (b) immediate family members of the persons described in (a); (c) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the idnbet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify idnbet promptly of any changes.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login details with any other person. idnbet will not be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify idnbet's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Contact us via live chat or at the email address provided in Clause 15.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC). Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at idnbet's discretion at any other time, Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC). This process requires submission of at least one of the following: a valid KTP, a passport, or a government-issued photo ID accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming the registered address. KYC must be completed within 30 calendar days of the first withdrawal request.
KYC Processing Time: Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–48 hours of receiving complete and legible documentation. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively to avoid delays on first withdrawal requests.

idnbet reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, idnbet may request additional supporting documentation before releasing funds.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: idnbet operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance standards. All transactions are monitored. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform as a vehicle for transferring funds, is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers on idnbet are available to eligible Players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to Players who have completed account registration and KYC verification. Bonus offers are subject to change or withdrawal at idnbet's discretion at any time.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the promotion description, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) and eligible game types for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms at the time of claiming. Players should read all promotion-specific terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
5.3 Bonus Validity Period. All bonuses carry an expiry date, specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been met by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. No extension of a bonus validity period will be granted except at idnbet's sole discretion.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus before fulfilling the wagering requirements of an existing bonus may result in the forfeiture of the original bonus.
5.5 Abuse of Promotions. idnbet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, and colluding with other Players to exploit bonus structures. Any Player found engaging in promotion abuse will have their bonus forfeited and their account may be suspended or permanently closed.
5.6 Loyalty & VIP Rebates. Weekly turnover rebates are credited to eligible Players every Monday based on the previous week's settled bets. Rebate rates and eligibility tiers are published in the idnbet VIP Programme terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. Rebate credits are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal unless otherwise stated.
Transparency Commitment: idnbet publishes full wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates for every promotion. This information is displayed at the point of claiming. idnbet will not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus that a Player has already accepted.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on idnbet are subject to acceptance by the Platform. idnbet reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
6.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is considered confirmed only when the Player has received an on-screen confirmation with a unique transaction reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference — due to a network interruption, browser closure, or system error — are not considered valid until confirmed in the Player's transaction history.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the point of placing the bet. idnbet reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits based on historical betting patterns, risk assessment, or compliance requirements.
6.4 Sports Betting — Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the BRI Liga 1 governing committee, BWF for badminton). In the event of a dispute between data providers, the official result published by the governing body will be final. Mix parlay (combination football bets) are settled as a single cumulative bet; the cancellation or void of any individual leg within a parlay will reduce the number of selections accordingly.
6.5 Live Betting. In-play bets are subject to the odds displayed at the precise moment the bet is confirmed. Market suspensions, temporary odds freezes, and bet voiding during live events are at idnbet's discretion and may occur without prior notice due to significant in-game events (e.g., a red card, a goal, or an injury to a key player).
6.6 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced directly from the relevant official draw provider (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney pools operator). idnbet does not determine or influence draw results. All togel bets are settled strictly in accordance with the official draw result within 30 minutes of draw completion.
6.7 E-Sports. E-sports bets are settled based on the official result announced by the tournament organizer (e.g., MLBB MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile Global Series). Match abandonment, technical forfeits, and walkovers are settled according to the e-sports-specific rules published in the Platform's game-specific rules section.
6.8 Errors and System Faults. In the event of a manifest error in odds (including palpable errors where odds are clearly inconsistent with the market), idnbet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's account balance. No winnings will be paid on bets settled at manifestly erroneous odds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on idnbet. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:
Match Fixing & Fraud: idnbet takes match fixing and fraud extremely seriously. Any evidence of involvement in match fixing — whether in football, sabung ayam (cockfighting), e-sports, or any other market — will result in permanent account closure, full forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities.
8.1 Platform Content. All content on the idnbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game assets, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of idnbet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Limited License. idnbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Game Software. All game titles on the Platform are operated under license from their respective providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. The use of game software outside of the Platform's authorized interface is strictly prohibited.

9.5 Third-Party Services. idnbet is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data suppliers, even if such failures result in financial loss to the Player.
10.1 The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by idnbet's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
10.2 idnbet collects personal data including your name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, government ID information, financial transaction data, and device/IP data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement.
10.3 idnbet does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to deliver the Services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) or as required by law.

12.1 Termination by the Player. A Player may request closure of their account at any time by contacting idnbet's support team. Prior to closure, the Player must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
12.2 Termination by idnbet. idnbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the event of: (a) any breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) money laundering or suspicious transaction patterns; (d) provision of false information during registration or KYC; (e) bonus abuse; or (f) any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure for cause, idnbet may withhold and forfeit any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.
13.1 idnbet is licensed and regulated internationally. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idnbet holds its operating license. 13.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and idnbet, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through idnbet's internal dispute resolution process. A formal dispute may be submitted in writing to the email address in Clause 15. idnbet will acknowledge all disputes within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 15 business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal means, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
14.1 idnbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, idnbet will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or direct communication to the Player's registered email address.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Clause 12.1.
